Some of you might have seen the wonderful episode of Anthony Bourdain’s series ‘The Layover’ that has been making the rounds of the social networks since yesterday.  My good friend Gita Seaton’s restaurant Nouveau Palais was featured in the episode for their weekly collaboration with local taco ninjas Grumman ‘78.  Since the taping of the episode the taco nights at Noveau Palais have ceased but in light of the episode’s release they are reuniting tomorrow one more time for a POP-UP taco night and I am going to be gracing the soirée with music.  Come by and see what the fiesta is all about and if you haven’t already – check out the amazing episode right here:
